Program includes:

Personalized program designed based on your goals and abilities. 


Athletes train together in a small group environment 


All sessions include:

 Warm up | Strength | Conditioning | Cooldown 


You will get to use:

 Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, Bands, Ropes, Sleds + more

Schedule:

Monday 6:00pm

Tuesday 5:30pm 

Friday 6:00pm 

Saturday 10:00am


NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Programming will be scaled to be suitable for all.

Program focuses: 

45 minute sessions that will focus on proper movement mechanics, balance, coordination, agility, endurance and strength.


Athletes will run, jump, throw and lift. 


Ideal program for:

This is a great program for young athletes and/or athletes that are new to fitness training.
