Our Personal Training and Small Group Training options are built around the same core principle: high-quality coaching and individualized programming.
Every client begins with a movement assessment and consultation with a Stoke coach. This allows us to understand your goals, training history, and movement needs before designing your program.
Small groups are intentionally kept small to ensure coaching quality is never compromised. Programs can be designed for friends, family members, or athletes working toward a shared goal, while still accommodating a wide range of abilities.
