Meet Our team - Stoke Coaches

Joce is a 3x Olympian and has been a part of the last 10 World Championship teams. She led the Markham Thunder to the league title in 2018 (CWHL) and also led the University of Minnesota Duluth to 2 National Titles as a Captain.

Jocelyne has elite experience and an incredible work ethic that she shares with all in our gym community.

Amy is a student of Osteopathy and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Stoke coaches' team and to our gym.

Amy led the University of Manitoba Bisons to two division titles during her 3 years as a captain (hockey).

Becca played 4 years of pro hockey with the Markham/Brampton Thunder of the CWHL winning the league championship in 2018. She also played 5 years with the University of Manitoba winning 2 division titles.

A new mom and animal lover that enjoys the outdoors with family hikes, obstacle events, and CrossFit competitions. 

Her passion for fitness grew after the positive affects it had on her mentally and physically and loves to help others in their fitness journey.
