Stoke Training programs are effective and challenging for both well conditioned athletes and those new to fitness. In our classes you will have the opportunity to develop your strength and endurance.
1x, 2x and 3x per week memberships are available.

Programming will be scaled to be challenging for both beginner and advanced levels.
