These sessions are designed to make athletes stronger, more powerful, more agile and more resilient on the ice.
Athletes will train in a competitive and supportive training environment.
Off-ice focuses include:
45 minute sessions that will focus on proper movement mechanics, balance, coordination, agility, endurance and strength.
Athletes will run, jump, throw and lift.
Ideal program for:
This is a great program for young athletes and/or athletes that are new to fitness training.
